Instrument Introduction

Reaction materials can be placed inside the Single Layer Vessel Chemical Process Reactors, which can vacuumize and regular stir, at the same time, the heating can be carried out by the external water/oil bath pot, the evaporation and reflux of the reaction solution can be realized. (Optional refrigeration components are available, coordinated with a cooling source for low temperature reactions)

Instrument Features

■ High borosilicate glass 3.3 material, has excellent physical and chemical performance

■ Can be used in wide temperature range from high temperature (200°C) to low temperature (-80°C)

■ Can work in normal pressure or vacuum, vacuum degree can reach 0.098 Mpa in a static state

■ Proprietary technology of the PTFE component sealing ensures an excellent vacuum performance and a long service life

■ Digital display stir speed, frequency conversion speed control, steady working 

■ Unique design of the PTFE discharge valve has no dead angle and is able to effectively reduce the stirring dead angle

■ Bracket of the whole instrument is manufactured with SUS304 stainless steel, stable structure and anti-corrosion 

► Intelligent oil/ water bath heating or electric Heating Jacket heating. The standard configuration includes a 200°C smart constant temperature oil bath heating system; no additional heat source is required

► Reactor body and joint can be customized according to the requirements of the customer

► We also provide small single-layer reactors in the following sizes: 1L, 2L, 3L and 5L
