The advantage of the laboratory oil-free vacuum pump is that it does not return oil. It has no oil vapor pollution to the pumped space, no fuel injection, no oil vapor is discharged from the pump port, and it does not pollute the environment. It belongs to environmental protection products, so the development prospect is very good. Known as the "green vacuum pump" of the 21st century.

The laboratory oil-free vacuum pump needs to pay attention to the following items during daily use and maintenance:
It should have adequate ventilation and an ambient temperature below 40 °C.
A place where there is no dust or dirt.
Liquids such as water and oil will fall onto the pump.
Not directly exposed to the sun.
There is enough space around to facilitate inspection, maintenance and assembly of the pump.
The pump must be mounted on a flat surface.
Zui is good to install the pump on a concrete-like foundation. If it is not, the pump can be firmly mounted on a steel or wooden frame.
It must be ensured that the pump does not cause vibration due to weak foundation.
The pipe connected to the pump should not be too long and smaller than the inlet diameter of the pump, affecting the pumping speed. Also, check the vacuum connection pipe for leaks.
When connecting the wires, pay attention to the wiring requirements specified on the motor nameplate. The three-phase electric pump should pay attention to the direction of rotation of the motor should be consistent with the direction of the marked arrow on the pump.
There are three common types of laboratory oil-free vacuum pumps, including rotary vane, piston, screw, scroll, turbo, and claw pumps, which are similar to positive displacement pumps, claw pumps, and cryogenic pumps. The working principle is that the volume is changed, the air is taken in when the volume is large, and the air is discharged when the volume becomes small (the pressure becomes large), and the volume change is realized by the moving mechanical parts, requiring a small gap and High precision, such as claw pumps. The other is to rely on very high mechanical rotational speeds to carry air molecules in a directed impact, such as a molecular pump. The third is a cryopump. On the cold surface close to absolute zero, almost all air molecules are frozen and trapped on the surface.

In application, the laboratory oil-free vacuum pump can be used for various vacuum operations such as air conditioners, refrigeration equipment repair, medical equipment suction devices, printing machinery, vacuum packaging, vacuum blistering, physical and chemical experiments, and small devices that require a vacuum environment. It can also be used as a foreline pump for small oil booster pumps, oil diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, etc. Laboratory oil-free vacuum pumps are not suitable for the removal of gases that are corrosive to ferrous metals, chemically reactive to pump oil, contain particulate dust, and toxic gases that are too high in oxygen and explosive. It cannot be used as a transfer pump (ie, pumping from one container to another).
